Canine Legal Update and Opinions for supervisors and administrators, plus patrol, narcotic, explosive, tracking, search and rescue and accelerant canine teams. This seminar has been taught nationwide to over
25,000 attendees.
Praised for reducing canine unit liability and increasing K-9 officer safety, this seminar has been updated and is now available for 2010.
This one day course will address the following K-9 issues:
Patrol K-9; Accidental K-9 bites; K-9 Supervision; FLSA K-9 ìat-home careî compensation; Narcotics K-9; Explosives K-9; Tracking K-9.

The course will address the legal issues of canine usage, canine tactics and the
prevention of litigation.
The seminar will be at the Ruidoso Convention Center, 111 Sierra Blanca Dr. Ruidoso, NM 88345. (877) 700-5445 Registration begins at 0730 hours. The seminar will
start promptly at 0800 hours and end at 1700 hours. Rooms are available at the The Lodge at Sierra Blanca at

The seminar is open to anyone in law enforcement, canine handlers, supervisors or administrators. The cost is $150 per person.
