Irene is a Certified Master Trainer. Together with the staff of Ruidoso Malinois she oversees and trains Belgian Malinois K-9's at Ruidoso Malinois.

Justin Rivera, Certified Decoy and Assistant Trainer
Justin Rivera | Belgian Malinois Asst. Trainer
Justin is a Certified Decoy full time at Ruidoso Malinois. He works with developing Green Dogs in their progression training to Finished Patrol K-9 He also works with pup and Young Dog bite development. A very specific skill not many decoys have.

Chris Jakubin, Guest Instructor
Chris Jakubin | Belgian Malinois InstructoChrist has 25 years in the Military Working Dog Program (retired Air Force 2005) and is currently the U.S. Air Force Academy Kennel Master. Developed a Psychological/Decoy program geared towards the military and has been an invited instructor to seminars held by NPCA (NPCA adopted this seminar to train their members).

Instructor for Department of Defense, numerous military installations, and numerous police agencies.

Trainers/Decoy Helpers
Ruidoso Malinois brings in, and closely supervises, experienced certified Trainers to satisfy the need for specific contract dead-lines and seminars. Ruidoso Malinois works with certified Decoys and Helpers in the training of up-coming young adult and Patrol K-9's.
